2. Subject Matter These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between CLEARDAY EOOD and customers using the online store gunix.bg for purchasing food supplements.

3. Orders Orders are accepted 24/7 through the website. Processing takes 1–2 business days. The contract is considered concluded after an email confirmation is sent.

4. Delivery Deliveries are carried out via Speedy to all addresses in Bulgaria. The delivery period is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery costs are indicated during order placement.

5. Prices and Payment All prices are in Bulgarian Levs with VAT included. Payment is made by bank card (Stripe) or cash on delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return In accordance with Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receipt, without stating a reason, provided that the product is in its original unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

7. Complaints In case of a defective or incorrect product, the customer should contact us at hello@gunix.bg within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the product.

8. Personal Data Protection CLEARDAY EOOD processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution For alternative resolution of consumer disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

10. Applicable Law Bulgarian law is applicable. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or before the competent Bulgarian court.
