DELIVERY POLICY

I. DELIVERY

All orders placed through the official GUNIX website (gunix.bg) are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation via email.

Once an order is processed, it is shipped via Speedy courier service to an address or office of your choice in Bulgaria.

Delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Free delivery for orders over 117 BGN (60 €).

Upon dispatch of the shipment, the client receives a tracking number via SMS and/or email, which can be used to track the shipment in real-time at speedy.bg.

III. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT

CLEARDAY EOOD hands over all shipments to Speedy in good condition and properly packaged. After acceptance by the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with Speedy in accordance with their general terms and conditions.

In case of a problem with the shipment, please contact us — we will actively assist in resolving it.
